Effective Date: 09/06/2026
This website, including www.advancetruckpartsusa.com and related pages, services, content, and online store (collectively, the “Site”), is operated by Advance Truck Parts LLC, doing business as Advance Truck Parts USA (“Advance Truck Parts USA,” “Advance Truck Parts,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, submitting an order, or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and to any policies referenced in these Terms, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Exchange Policy, and other policies posted on the Site.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Site or purchase products through it.
Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use to offer products and services.
SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY AND ONLINE STORE USE
By using the Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or jurisdiction of residence or that you otherwise have legal authority to enter into these Terms.
You may not use the Site or our products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose or in violation of any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
You may not transmit viruses, malware, malicious code, or any technology intended to interfere with or damage the Site, our systems, our customers, or third-party systems.
We reserve the right to refuse service, restrict access, cancel orders, or terminate accounts where permitted by law.
SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS, PART NUMBERS, AND APPLICATION INFORMATION
Advance Truck Parts USA sells automotive and heavy-duty truck parts, electrical components, sensors, connectors, pigtails, harnesses, repair components, replacement parts, aftermarket parts, branded products, and related products.
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, applications, interchange information, and cross-reference information. However, vehicle and equipment applications can vary by year, model, engine, configuration, production date, serial number, VIN, manufacturer revision, and other factors.
Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is appropriate for their particular vehicle, engine, equipment, or application before installation.
Where appropriate, customers should verify:
- Original part number;
- Manufacturer part number;
- Connector configuration;
- Electrical specifications;
- Dimensions;
- Vehicle or engine application; and
- Any other relevant fitment information.
Cross-reference numbers, interchange numbers, OEM numbers, manufacturer names, vehicle names, and trademarks may be provided for identification and compatibility-reference purposes only.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, use of a third-party manufacturer name, trademark, or part number does not mean that Advance Truck Parts USA is affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by that manufacturer.
All third-party trademarks and trade names remain the property of their respective owners.
SECTION 3 — OEM, AFTERMARKET, AND REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS
Products offered on the Site may include genuine/OEM products, branded replacement products, aftermarket products, remanufactured products, compatible replacement products, or products manufactured or assembled by or for Advance Truck Parts USA.
The applicable product listing will identify the product type where reasonably practicable.
A reference to an OEM or competitor part number on an aftermarket product page is generally provided to identify the intended replacement or cross-reference application and does not represent that the product is manufactured by the OEM unless expressly stated.
Customers should review the applicable product description before purchase.
SECTION 4 — PRODUCT IMAGES AND REPRESENTATIONS
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product photographs, colors, connectors, configurations, labels, packaging, and other characteristics.
Images may occasionally be representative, and packaging, labeling, manufacturer markings, production design, or minor product characteristics may change without notice when such changes do not materially affect the intended product function.
Your device or monitor may also display colors differently.
If a specific configuration or physical characteristic is critical to your application, contact us before ordering.
SECTION 5 — PRICES
All prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify prices, promotions, discounts, product availability, shipping charges, or other commercial terms at any time.
A price displayed on the Site does not obligate us to fulfill an order where the price resulted from a typographical error, system error, feed error, database error, unauthorized manipulation, or other obvious pricing mistake.
If a pricing error affects an order, we may cancel the order and refund amounts paid or contact the customer with the correct price before fulfillment.
SECTION 6 — ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us.
Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order.
We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to accept, reject, limit, hold, or cancel an order for reasons including:
- Product availability;
- Inventory discrepancies;
- Pricing or listing errors;
- Suspected fraud;
- Payment verification issues;
- Export or legal restrictions;
- Shipping limitations;
- Commercial quantity restrictions; or
- Other legitimate business reasons.
We may limit quantities purchased by a customer, account, billing address, shipping address, payment method, business, reseller, or distributor.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount in accordance with the payment method and applicable law.
SECTION 7 — BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing, shipping, contact, and account information.
You are responsible for promptly updating information necessary to complete transactions and communicate regarding your orders.
You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method submitted to us.
SECTION 8 — SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND LOCAL PICKUP
Shipping, delivery, carrier services, expedited shipping, cutoff times, tracking, and local pickup are governed by our posted Shipping Policy and any shipping terms displayed at checkout.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for reviewing shipping information and providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
SECTION 9 — RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, refund eligibility, restocking requirements, return authorization requirements, non-returnable items, warranty-related returns, and applicable deadlines are governed by our posted Return and Exchange Policy or other applicable policy displayed on the Site.
Certain electrical, electronic, repair, opened, installed, special-order, customized, or otherwise identified products may be subject to additional restrictions as described in the applicable product listing or Return Policy.
SECTION 10 — INSTALLATION AND USE
Automotive and heavy-duty truck components may require professional diagnosis, installation, calibration, programming, testing, or verification.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Advance Truck Parts USA does not provide installation services as part of an online product purchase.
Products should be installed and used in accordance with applicable manufacturer instructions, vehicle specifications, industry practices, and safety procedures.
Advance Truck Parts LLC is not responsible for vehicle or equipment downtime, diagnostic charges, labor charges, towing charges, rental or substitute vehicle costs, loss of use, removal or reinstallation costs, or other incidental or consequential expenses resulting from incorrect part selection, improper installation, misdiagnosis, misuse, or incompatibility with the customer's application, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
SECTION 11 — THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS AND WARRANTIES
Some products sold through the Site are manufactured by third parties.
Third-party products may be subject to the manufacturer's warranty, if any.
Except for warranties expressly provided by Advance Truck Parts USA in writing, we do not independently extend or enlarge a third-party manufacturer's warranty.
Any specific Advance Truck Parts USA warranty or guarantee displayed on a product page or separate warranty page will govern that product to the extent applicable.
